The Highlands Ranch Mansion is the perfect place for those who want to experience Colorado living at its finest. Situated on 12 acres of pristine Highlands Ranch land, it features a golf course, lovely gardens, and vineyards – all in close proximity to Vail’s world-class ski slopes. With six bedrooms and nine bathrooms in total, the mansion can accommodate even the longest of stays.

Guided and self-guided historical tours are both free. If you want to take a guided visit, you should make a reservation. Requests may be submitted via the form below if no reservations are required. Guided trips are on a first-come, first-served basis unless there is a scheduled tour.
A guided tour may last one hour, depending on interests. While indoors, face coverings are encouraged.
The Mansion, formerly part of a vast ranching operation in Colorado, is now located within the planned Highlands Ranch Historic Park, which will include a functioning ranch. The Mansion is encircled by historic barns, a bunkhouse, ranch houses, corrals, pastures, and the iconic windmill. The present park is just over 50 acres

The Mansion’s goal is to provide guests a one-of-a-kind and memorable experience that reflects on our community’s illustrious history and the region as a whole. There are several indoor and outdoor areas available, and you may utilize the entire facility throughout the event period if you rent it.
You may check the list of typical costs for a five-hour event posted on their website. Extra event time may be purchased at an additional charge. During the year, holidays that fall on Monday through Thursday are charged the same as Sundays during the corresponding season.
